
GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Local officials on Saturday said security situation in southe Ghazni province was deteriorating with each passing day after the Ministry of Interior (MoI) downsized police force in the province. Hamidullah Nawroz, head of the Provincial Council (PC) told Pajhwok Afghan News Ghazni was promoted to the first rank from the second rank provinces but the govement provided no facilities deserved by the first rank category. CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): A suicide bomber rammed his explosives-laden car into a NATO forces convoy in Bagram district of central Parwan province late on Monday, injuring three Afghan policemen, an official said. The suicide attack on the coalition forces took place in Qala Nasro area at about 6pm, the Bagram district chief, Abdul Shakoor Qados, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
