France to help attract foreign aid for Nangarhar

JALALABAD (Pajhwok): The French ambassador on Sunday said he would persuade his counterparts in Kabul to increase their countries’ cooperation and assistance with easte Nangarhar province in areas of higher education , agriculture and development projects.
